Monday the 18th of March, 7pm, Recital Room: In Touch with Nature – preceded by an Art opening at 6.15pm, also in the Recital Room. A concert exploring the links between music and nature, featuring Purcell’s musicians playing brand new pieces by eight of Purcell’s composers for Violin and Piano, all inspired in different ways by nature. Our guest artist Fenella Humphreys will also be playing pieces by Michael Small, the Junior Composer in Association, and Robert Saxton, Composer in Association, as well as music by Sally Beamish.
